We do not have any formal affiliation with the Coral Resort nor do we have any control or care over the shared amenities.

There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule.
There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building.
All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed.
Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and stores all within walking distance!
