For an iodised seaside holiday, we offer you this large house with its garden, located on the corniche of Préfailles, facing the ocean. You'll be ideally located, surrounded by several beaches, offering a great variety of options to make the most of your stay.
With a surface area of 130 m² on two levels and a garden of 350 m², this rental is ideal for up to six people.
On the ground floor, you'll discover a lovely, light-filled dining room, thanks to a west-facing bay window opening onto the terrace and offering an uninterrupted view of the sea. To make the most of the sea air, take your meals on the pretty terrace and enjoy the magnificent sea views once again!
The brand-new fitted kitchen, open to the living area, will enable you to prepare delicious meals. You'll find a combination hob (induction and electric), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
To get your day off to a good start, there's a kettle, toaster and two coffee makers (one with filters and the other with Dolce Gusto pods).
To relax, there is a cosy TV lounge area with a fireplace (wood provided).
Also on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) awaits you, as well as a private shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor, you will find a large study leading to 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed (140/190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). There is also a bathroom with bath and WC. The study is ideal if you need to work from home, or as a playroom for the children.
For added convenience, the house also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. You will also find the third toilet in the house.
The configuration of the garden does not allow you to park your car in it, but it is easy to park in the street, close to the house, where the public space is free.
