Villa Oasis is a newly built luxury villa, constructed in 2024 with high-quality materials.
It is located in Santa Susanna in a quiet residential area with stunning panoramic sea views.
The villa is accessed at street level, where you can easily park your car within the fenced property, or on the street in front of the house.
On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms have sea views and access to the balcony. - Master bedroom with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. - Double bedroom with a double bed. - Double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined). - Separate bathroom with a shower.
One floor down, you will reach the main floor with a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower.
