On the first floor, the layout is equally functional, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, as well as 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. Outside, the expansive gardens are a highlight, featuring a large heated pool (additional cost), jacuzzi (additional cost), BBQ area, and a ping pong table.
The various outdoor dining areas are perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate and creating group memories. With air conditioning in some rooms and private parking, this villa guarantees comfort and convenience all year round. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating. The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and further enjoying the special moments of your holiday. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

The pool and outside space was really good. The house is all together but could be split into 3 different living quarters. 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens.
Amazing beach 10 minutes walk away
The rooms have very limited heating options. The house felt cold in the evening.
The mattress beds were very hard.
