At this unique spot just outside De Cocksdorp, between the old and new dyke, you will find yourself in an idyllic holiday destination.
If you walk up the stairs of the new dyke behind your accommodation, you have a view of the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site "De Waddenzee" with the first neighbouring island Vlieland within sight distance.
With a bit of luck, you can see the seals lying next to the trench on the mud flats with the naked eye. If you walk or cycle to the south, you will find the nature reserve "De Schorren and Utopia". If you head north, you will reach the lighthouse via "Haventje van Sil", the nature reserve "De Volharding" and the beach pavilion "Kaap Noord". This new Luxury detached Villa, outside De Cocksdorp, is located on "Hoeve Zeeburg" with a beautiful spacious garden and Sauna with a view of the lighthouse.

Das Haus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings recht abgelegen, was uns aber nicht störte. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung.
Der offene Bereich zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad/Toilette ist nicht so unser Ding. Es gab im Erdgeschoss jedoch eine Gästetoilette (mit Tür :-))

Behulpzaamheid van de eigenaren. Netflix deed het eerst niet maar hun deden alles zodat het uiteindelijk toch perfect lukte.
Eigenlijk niets. Het enige minpunt was dat het nogal koud was. We waren beide grieperig maar konden de woonkamer niet meer dan 20,5 verwarmen. Maar uiteraard begrijpelijk anders stookt iedereen tot het te warm wordt.
