Situated in a gated community, this villa offers a serene and welcoming environment, perfect for enjoying the best the Algarve has to offer. The spacious living and dining room is the heart of the home, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for moments of togetherness and relaxation.

From this area, you can access the outdoor space directly, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated.

On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional WC, ensuring comfort and practicality. The first floor houses the master suite, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates harmoniously with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay. Outside, the villa features a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (which can be heated at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun.

A space with a BBQ and a dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages. With a prime location near the beaches and attractions of Albufeira, Villa Aqua 1 is the perfect setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve, combining relaxation, fun, and the best of the Algarve lifestyle. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (at an additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers if needed. Groups deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests. However, it is possible to accept an additional 4 guests, who will be accommodated in extra beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
