Sunny and comfortable townhouse (70m2) located in quiet urbanization in the 4 star VIME Reserva de Marbella apart hotel and you have free access to all hotel’s facilities onsite, such as 2 wonderful outdoor pools surrounded by gardens with sun beds, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna and a fitness room. There is also lovely bar/restaurant onsite that serves delicious meals and drinks all day long.
The house is sunny and comfortable and consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces that allows you to catch the sun all day long.
LAYOUT
GROUND FLOOR: consist of living room with access to the main terrace facing south-west, open plan kitchen, small bedroom with double bed 1.35x1.80 and a shower room. From the kitchen side you have access to another small terrace for morning sun.
UPSTAIRS: main bedroom with king size bed 1.50x1.90, shower room and access to sunny terrace where you can sunbathe all day long.
Other features include air conditioning in all three rooms, fast WiFi. Parking on the street, just outside of the house.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons

The house is a lovely size and very comfortable, clean with great outdoor terraces. Well equipped with towels provided even for pool/ beach. The pools and lounging areas are beautiful and the bar/ cafe and staff great. Very handy to local shop, 2 min walk and with car great place for exploring Marbella, Malaga and surrounding area and parking always available.
While well equipped a few extra mugs and a large pot for cooking and tools for bbq would be great!

location is ideal compared to swimming pool where plenty of sunbeds are available. Parking in the street works well and is free. Also The nearby supermarket and the nice places nearby. Good communication with Yulia.
