The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the municipalities of Piobbico, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains of the area.
The apartment Avena is located in the rustic house next to the pool and is located on the first floor with 2 private balconies. It is furnished in a cozy and homely way. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier absolut geliebt! Die Kinder liebten den Pool, und die Erwachsenen genossen die Ruhe. Die Wohnung hatte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, sodass es uns schwerfiel, abzureisen.

Ein traumhaftes Erlebnis in einem Landhaus! Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Anreise war etwas beschwerlich, aber die Ruhe und Stille entschädigten dafür allemal.
