Obwohl das Haus schon recht alt ist war es super eingerichtet. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist völlig korrekt. Schön das dieses Grundstück vollständig umzäunt ist damit man den Hund draußen laufen lassen kann.

Das Haus sollte dringend instandsetzen werden: Türklinken schließen nicht, Fensterberschlüsse zum Teil kaputt, Warmwasserbereiter nur an Lüsterklämmen mit Strom verbunden, Toilettenpapierhalter nur am Stock mit zwei Bindfäden…
