Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: - Absecon Lighthouse - Atlantic City Aquarium - Marine Mammal Stranding Center - Renaissance Plaza - Brigantine Town Center

Room next to loud old elevator that shrieked with metal clanging, missing items, room not the same as listed, dirty shower, vents clogged with dust, dark room with only one lamp. It did not meet any of my expectations, would never stay never again.

Supposed to sleep 4 and there wasn’t enough pillows. This should be a given. When requested for additional pillows they responded that the hotel was completely booked and there were no more pillows available!!!! That’s just a small part of what’s wrong with this place.
