We allow dogs at a rate of $250/per dog. - NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside of the property, or anywhere on the property grounds.
All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside of the property. - LAUNDRY: These 2 homes have a total of 4 private washers and 4 private dryers. - TRASH DAYS: Trash & Recycling pick up is on Thursday.
Trash cans are located on the sides of the homes. - POOLS: This home features a swimming pool and spa.
The spa is turned on manually with a button on the wall and automatically shuts off after 6 hours.
The spa is not hot 24hrs/day.
Travel by car, boat, or plane to our luxury estate.
