Head up to the 2nd floor and you will find a lavish Master Bedroom with a plush King bed, large flat screen TV, bedside lighting, full-length mirror, tons of closet space, and en suite bathroom.
On the top floor lies the stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, a wet bar, and a mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R.
Just off the 3rd-floor lounge lies your very own private sundeck, where you can take in amazing views of the downtown Tampa skyline and the surrounding neighborhood. - Please note this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and the rear of the home. - This is a non-smoking property.
Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine. - Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday.
Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home. - PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet.
We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags.
Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
