The sleeping arrangements of the home are as follows: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: King bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin over Double Bunk Beds & Sleeper Sofa Additional sleeping space includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area, accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably.

We enjoyed the space in the home and they had everything we needed! Pool and dock were great! It was nice to be able to cook and spend time relaxing at the house without having to eat out every meal. Our small dog loved the property as well!

House was very clean and exactly as shown on the listing. Our group was 15 and it was perfect. The only issue was there were no griddles or pans for the stove/oven. Only pots were provided. We requested pans and they brought them to us.
