Information about the host
The two holiday homes are located in the historic Burgfried area of the small castle town of Neuerburg in the Eifel. With ten bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Zum Burgfried holiday home can accommodate up to 24 guests and the Alte Münze holiday home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms can accommodate up to 11 guests.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
The tourist tax is EUR 1.00 per adult per night. Children and teenagers between 10-16 years cost 0.50 EUR. Children up to 10 years are free of charge.

Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
The holiday home is large and has ten bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to 22 guests. In addition to the ten bedrooms, there are three bathrooms and a small terrace. The house offers just under 220 m2 of space for up to 22 guests and is located in the historic town centre of Neuerburg, a small Eifel town in the beautiful Felsenland Südeifel. This accommodation is perfect for holidaymakers, craftsmen and assembly groups looking for spacious and practical accommodation. The townhouse can be divided into two accommodation units. Each unit has its own living area with its own entrance. It is also possible to rent the whole house. In this case, the dividing doors open and up to 22 people can spend a wonderful time together in Neuerburg. There are a total of ten bedrooms with 22 beds. There are three single rooms, three double rooms, three three-bed rooms and one four-bed room to choose from. There is a small terrace in front of the house with a view of the church square and the church of St Nicholas. Unfortunately it is not possible to park directly in front of the house, but there are parking spaces on the roadside nearby. This house is not a party house. We are happy about nice, funny and sociable people who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, under no circumstances should this lead to our house and our neighbours being affected. Therefore, please be considerate of the facilities, the noise level and the peace and quiet at night. This holiday home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). Stag parties and so-called drinking parties are not permitted. In this case, please book other accommodation. An additional EUR1.00 per person per night is charged as a guest contribution by the town of Neuerburg. For children/young people from the age of 10 up to the age of 16 it is EUR 0.50 per night. Fitters and children/young people up to the age of 10 are exempt from paying the guest contribution.
