This former embroidery workshop, which used to work for some of the biggest names in French haute couture, has been completely converted into a luxury flat to accommodate up to 13 guests.


The 92m2 flat is on the 1st floor and comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen

4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and 1 other bathroom with WC.


In order to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected

As soon as you arrive, the Urban Flat in Paris team will provide you with Afnor standard masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap.


We offer you FREE access to our Urban Flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm.

The communal areas are clean but in poor condition


We are pleased to announce that whatever the number of people indicated in your booking, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the flat.


Your booking is protected. In the event of a technical incident prior to your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable flat.


PLEASE NOTE: parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and will result in immediate cancellation without compensation. No noise will be tolerated.


A deposit of €1,500 will be required for all bookings made over New Year's Eve.
