There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and 2 spacious bathrooms with a bathtub, a double washbasin and a separate shower. Both a bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. This makes the villa very user-friendly. The house also has 2 additional sofa beds or extra beds in the bedrooms.

The holiday home stands on a 400 m2 plot and has a deep, sunny garden with a large terrace and evening lighting. A washing machine, ample parking at the house, underfloor heating and air conditioning are of course also available.
