The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 165 m² house (3 star), which can accommodate up to 13 people, for rent in Bois-le-Roi. This is one of the most stunning houses on the banks of the Seine, situated on the riverbank with its own private bank.
The quay in front of the property is very quiet and not very busy.
The railway line runs along the back of the property. It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 10,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows : The accommodation is composed as follows : Basement floor : - Laundry room with washing machine/dryer area Ground floor : - A 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided free of charge) - Dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC First floor : - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and balcony - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×190) and balcony - Bedroom 3: with three single beds and balcony - Two bathrooms with shower, bath and WC Second floor : - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×200), a single bed and a balcony - Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 6: with single bed - Bathroom with bath, WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. The nearest climbing site (Rocher CANON) is around 3 km away on foot (115 min by car). - In Bois le Roi, the UCPA leisure center (3 km from the house) has a riding school, golf course, tennis courts, climbing wall, swimming lake, children's playground... - Melun also boasts a rowing and water-skiing club. - The house is 15 km from the Château de Vaux le Vicomte and 12 km from the Château de Fontainebleau, both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bois le Roi train station, about 6 min by car. - Nearest airport: Orly airport is about 50 min away by car. Nous avons été conquis par le charme de cette grande maison et par le site enchanteur alentour. Grand confort, équipement de qualité répondant à tous les besoins, calme absolu ponctué par le passage des péniches sur la Seine, proximité avec de nombreux sites touristiques : tout a été parfait !

Tout est très bien sauf la vue des poubelles devant le portail. Un petit abri coquet pourrait améliorer les choses et permettre la vision rapide du numéro de la maison.Service de conciergerie très agréable et très réactif.
