Cozy apartment perfect for two people, equipped with all comforts including a small balcony equipped for quiet moments of relaxation. The accommodation is located in the central area with all services close at hand and just 200m from the Duomo - Via Vernieri station. Corso Vittorio Emanuele, via Mercanti and the Duomo are just a few minutes away, as is the lively seafront with its bars: perfect location for experiencing the city and visiting all the points of interest comfortably on foot.
The 25m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building (there are 5 steps to reach the entrance) and is composed as follows
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven
- Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe, luggage rack, TV and split A/C
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- Small balcony equipped with table and chairs x2
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets, safe, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
ATTENTION: Other things to know
- The bathroom is very small (about 1.5 m2)
- The balcony is NOT completely private, but is part of the internal courtyard of the building, therefore there may be passage of condominiums.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.
For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.
Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.
The apartment is located in the heart of Salerno historic city center, 1 minute walk away from Salerno Catherdal. It's easy to be captivated by the charm of the characteristic streets and the evidence of a past rich in history!
In the area there are lot of churches, with very characteristic features, as well as an endless choice of restaurants of all kinds, restaurants, bars and clubs, the heart of Salerno's nightlife.
In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the splendid Salerno promenade, from where you can admire an enchanting panorama and stroll while enjoying an ice cream, do some running or take a rented bike.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, you shouldn't miss the Arechi Castle. The view is stunning, once you reach the top of the castle, you'll be astonished and speechless. From Castello Arechi, which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape, from the tip of Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.
In 5 minutes walk you can reach Piazza Alfano I, and here you can admire the Salerno Cathedral, the main place of Catholic worship in the city.
The Medieval Aqueduct, popularly renamed "Ponti del Diavolo", is said to have been built in one night, with the help of demons, by the twelfth-century magician Pietro Barliario. Popular superstition tells us that venturing under the arches between sunset and dawn would lead to an encounter with demons or evil spirits.
Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de 'Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach Pinacoteca Provinciale di Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a noble residence of the seventeenth century belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the city main "Garden", stage for various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
-From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Naples Central station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional to Salerno station) and then reach the apartment with the underground stop Salerno Duomo - Via Vernieri, two minutes away on foot.
