Die Lage zum Hafen und Stadt.
Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr dunkel. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig, da das Haus in unterschiedliche Einheiten aufgeteilt wurde.
Die Kurtaxe war zudem teurer als auf Ihrer Plattform angegeben.
