Enjoy a fantastic holiday in Occitania in this spacious and atmospheric villa.
Villa Le Ranch is a beautiful eight-person villa on the outskirts of the village of Oupia.
The villa also has a generous terrace with a private pool and a warm hot tub. You have stunning panoramic views over the Minervois valley with the 'Montagne Noire' as a backdrop.
Villa Le Ranch features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, air conditioning, a comfortable kitchen, free WIFI, and an enclosed fenced garden Le Ranch is in the village of Oupia, where there is a grocery shop with a bread depot near the church square.
Oupia is 2km from Olonzac, where all the shops are located.
A supermarket is just outside the village.
There is a market in Olonzac on Tuesday mornings.
The lovely sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 30-45 min away and are ideal for children of all ages ((kite-)surfing and sailing lessons, go-karting, etc.). The impressive Cité in Carcassonne houses Europe's largest medieval city and is a fascinating trip.
Of course, there is fantastic nature in the area for the active holidaymaker (excellent mountain biking, cycling, running, hiking, canoeing, etc.) Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Le Ranch verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Küche. Die Räume sind grosszügig und komfortabel. Die Umzäunung gestattet es, Haustiere frei laufen zu lassen. Der Eigentümer ist hilfsbereit.

Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Wenige Touristen im Ort, da Oupia kein klassischer Touristenort ist (das fanden wir gut).
Das Haus ist schön und sehr groß. Wir waren mit zwei Familien / 8 Personen, davon 4 Kindern da. Klimaanlage ist nicht in allen Räumen - nur in einem Schlafzimmer, der Küche und dem Wo...
