Place: Nendaz. Quiet location in a chalet development near the centre of the village. Marvellous view of the Rhône valley and the mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Beautiful hiking trails close to the house, for example along the Suonen to Veysonnaz or Les Collons. Outdoor pool only 350 metres away. Village centre with shops, supermarket, restaurants 500 m.
House: Very beautiful Valais chalet with fireplace. Spacious 4-room house with approx. 120 square metres of living space over 2 floors. Plenty of space, cosy ambience with wood panelling. Internet access via W-Lan. Electric heating. Hot water via 200 litre electric boiler. Large balcony, seating furniture. Garage.
Parterre: Two double bedrooms. Small 2-bed room. Bathroom: shower, 2 baths, WC, washing machine.
1st floor: entrance, vestibule. Beautiful living room (40 sqm) with fireplace, sofa set, satellite TV, dining table, new fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Bathroom: shower, bath, WC. From the living room narrow staircase to mezzanine with 2 mattresses under the gable (max. height 1.60 m).

Makkelijk checkin proces! Ruime chalet met alle benodigdheden. Gebruik van garage voor skimateriaal. Prachtig zicht.
Het is 10-15min wandelen naar de lift, maar dit wordt gecompenseerd door de rust en prachtig zicht vanuit de gezellige chalet.
