Penthouse in Gràcia with Pool and Terrace in Barcelona is a large triplex with a surface of 80m². It includes a private roof terrace and balcony for the guests to relax and enjoy the great weather of Barcelona. There are 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people and one bathroom. The bigger room has a double bed and the smaller one has 2 single beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room. Bed linen is included and the bathrooms have fresh towels ready to use.
The living room is bright thanks to the balcony allowing the light in and spacious due to the great layout and distribution of spaces. The kitchen is in the same floor and is completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer and vitroceramic cook top. The apartment also is equipped with an iron, hair dryer, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, wi-fi and dryer.
This Penthouse in Gràcia with Pool and Terrace in Barcelona is perfect for any kind of needs and can be rented daily, weekly or monthly. It’s great location and facilities will make you feel like home but being able at the same time to enjoy all Barcelona. There is parking upon request, with extra charge 25€ per night and per car.

They all contribute to the "bohemian" environment which is characteristic of the place.
