The space

The Patraix Apartment is a modern and light-filled space, located at street level in the charming neighbourhood of Patraix, a traditional and vibrant area of Valencia. Just minutes from the centre, it offers a perfect combination of local authenticity and excellent connectivity, allowing you to explore the city with ease.



As you walk through the door of the flat, you will be greeted by a bright living room with a single sofa bed. The décor is inspired by a natural environment with minimalist touches and wooden details that create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.



For your moments of relaxation, the flat features high-speed wifi and Smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favourite films or series. In addition, you will always enjoy the ideal temperature at any time of the year, thanks to the air conditioning system with hot and cold options.



You will find three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and another with a double King size bed, perfect for recovering your energy after a day of adventures through the streets and beaches of Valencia.



Enjoy the freedom offered by the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with coffee capsules and complimentary infusions.
