Here you are offered a fantastic view of the sea of the Baltic Sea and the bay "Hanöbukten". You can clearly see the Stenshuvud nature reserve along the coast and the cosy outdoor seating area with brick barbecue for wonderful barbecue evenings also offers you this view. In autumn, the property offers plenty of berries to harvest and in the garden there is plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and playing for the little ones.


The holiday home has an open-plan layout. You enter the large living room with open fireplace and immediately adjacent is the kitchen and dining area. There are also two beautiful bedrooms and a modern bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms as well as a living/sleeping area and access to the balcony, which also faces the sea.


A beautiful sandy beach with a summer kiosk is just 2.5 kilometres from the holiday home. But apart from enjoying nature, there is also plenty to do from here. For example, visit some of the many idyllic coastal towns such as Simrishamn. And once there, you can board one of the speedboats to the island of Bornholm to "conquer" the Danish island.
