This flat has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This complex is ideal for families with children. The whole house has all the necessary equipment for you. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking - we have pots, pans etc., but we don't provide cooking spices, cleaning products or toiletries.

Located in a complex facing the sea, with a restaurant, swimming pool and tennis court. We are asking you to pay the electricity bills during the Long Term Booking Of 25 Days Or More.

The complex has a swimming pool for adults and children. There is a tennis court subject to availability. In the pool area there are various amusements for children. The pool area belongs to the Casa Vela Pool Bar and Restaurant. This restaurant is great for relaxing and having a good meal at the right price. The complex also has a private car park.

This complex is located near the beach, in a totally quiet area, suitable for tourists and people who like a peaceful residence. It is located 2 kilometres from the old town of Albufeira. The urbanisation of this villa is in a luxurious part of town where the noise of the nightlife and urban stress are not enough. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away where you can buy basic products and essentials for your holiday. Recommended restaurants are nearby. Albufeira Marina is a 20-minute walk away. There are a couple of beaches (São Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes) that can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. You can reach the old town in less than 35 minutes.

There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away that can take you to the city centre or anywhere else in the city. At this stop there is also a tourist bus that passes by the main sights of our city. This complex has a private car park.

Additional rules and necessary information
- Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a group of parties, we ask that you give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week of check-out.

- If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, find out how to do it in advance and refund the difference.

- Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, together with the check-in information, which will be given via my colleague in the Check-in/Check-out department. Check-in - 4pm Check-out - 10am The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.

- We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in their group when they come to our properties. To do this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets and towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.

- We are Pet Friendly - you must inform us that you are bringing your pet in advance and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning charge (50 euros).
