The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Sabbiadoro holiday complex in the village of Sabbiadoro, a very popular holiday destination for many families.

The holiday village is just 250 metres from the sea and has its own sandy beach, making it ideal for families.

The wonderful, spacious swimming pool complex has a large children's pool with water slides and a swimming pool for swimmers, as well as a heated, covered pool where your children can let off steam.

The holiday village has a mini club/entertainment for children and a young club, as well as an entertainment programme for adults, a great playground, a wide range of sports facilities, a self-service restaurant, a supermarket and a tobacconist and newsagent.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holidaymakers.

The lively town centre of Sabbiadoro is just a few minutes' walk away with many restaurants, boutiques, luna parks and much more...

The accommodation for a maximum of 3 people (the third person must not be older than 12 years if there are 3 people) and consists of a bedroom with two single beds.

The 3rd bed is created by lowering the table in the living area (the bed measures approx. 170 cm).

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach within walking distance is only for the use of holiday complex guests.

It is partly equipped with sunbeds and parasols, but you can also bring your own chairs.

The wide, gently sloping, golden-coloured sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.

Water sports are available to guests: Windsurfing, Kate surfing, and canoeing.

Various entertainment programmes are also held on the beach.

The ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the many sports activities.

A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the Bar Sabbiadoro, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting and refreshingly delicious menu.

On the beach, footpaths guarantee access with pushchairs, while lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.

POOL Our holiday guests have five different pools at their disposal, as well as a large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols.

For the little ones, there are two large, beautiful paddling pools with water games and a water slide, one of which is covered and heated.

There is a semi-Olympic swimming pool for the grown-ups.

The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo or aquagym, you'll never get bored.

For children from 3 to 10 years there is a Miniclub, for the older ones up to 14 years a Young Club, so age-appropriate supervision by our animators is guaranteed.

Pedal boats and canoes can be hired on the beach.

Bicycle hire is also available.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

If you want to spoil yourself, our self-service restaurant offers delicious menus.

If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).

PETS 5 pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.

SPECIAL Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach of the holiday complex.

There is a dog beach 300 metres away.

The holiday complex is divided into a north and a south part.

The southern part is only open during the high season.
