Villa Tomislav Split - Secluded Mediterranean haciend
We are incredibly proud and honoured to invite you to experience and enjoy our life’s work – our beautiful hacienda named after our son – Villa Tomislav.
We can be confident enough to tell you that there is nothing even remotely similar to our home. From the second you drive in through the gates, you will feel as if you have entered into a true Mediterranean fairy tale. Romantic driveway surrounded by the line of perfectly cut olive trees and unavoidable blue colour of Adriatic Sea and its famous islands, will slowly reveal our home proudly built with hand-picked Mediterranean stone and our entire heart. This house was never built for commercial purposes – it was simply built to be enjoyed, to be filled with love and happiness, and to allow its visitors to re-connect with the best of what this life has to offer… Regardless of what pictures or descriptions we include here, feeling of driving into this beautiful hacienda is simply indescribable and ALL of its visitors have witnessed that none of it can do it justice (please read reviews from our lovely guests). We truly hope you get to experience it yourself.
Nestled at the bottom of city’s soul, environmentally protected forest “Marjan”, our hacienda is both secluded from the city noise allowing for the COVID-friendly isolation and full privacy (birds as your only neighbours), as well as located only a short drive (5 mins) or walk (15 mins) from the old city centre (restaurants, nightlife, Diocletian Palace, etc.). Location of the house is simply second-to-none and you will be quick to understand why.
Whether you are looking for a ‘5 star’ luxury getaway with full services and unmatched privacy, peaceful family resort-style holiday with all the toys and activities you need, romantic gateway to re-connect with your loved ones, authentic Mediterranean experience you have always dreamt about, celebration of important life’s milestones you want to hold dearly in your hearts or simply a place to get your thoughts together and find life’s inspiration à our hacienda has everything you need including the following:
•Heated infinity pool overlooking the Adriatic Sea with built-in jacuzzi (full system including counter-current swimming mode, waterfalls, jacuzzi massage features, night lights, etc.)
•Wooden indoor sauna with sky night
•Outdoor terrace with Mediterranean style stone barbecue and famous Dalmatian ‘peka’ (we are happy to prepare for you and/or teach you how to do it)
•Two large levels of well-taken care lawn area sitting above the house including various fruit trees for our guests to enjoy (i.e. figs, apples, cherries, peaches, olives, etc.)
•Baby / kids equipment including portable baby bed, feeding chair, baby pool, outdoor slides, toys, etc.
•Entertainment equipment including two indoor fireplaces, table tennis, pool volleyball, pool floaties, etc.
•Fully furnished and equipped house (dryer, washer, kitchen tools, Netflix, 5 TVs, A/C in every room, floor heating, coffee maker, etc.) so you don’t have to worry about anything
•4 bedroom with queen beds (8 guests)
•Secured driveway to park your cars
In addition to above, our 24-hour host (described by our guests as ‘friendliest guy in the world’) will help you with all your wishes and needs including:
•Personal check-in and check-out services
•Luxury private chef cooking your favourite dishes (or new dishes that are about to become your favourite)

•Private driver (car, van, luxury)
•Private yoga / meditation / exercise sessions

I typically don't write reviews. We've stayed in nearly 50 homes in the last 10 years. Villa Tomislav is right at the top of the list. It must be one of the nicest homes in Split.
Vlad the property manager could not have been more helpful.
If you are coming to Split...this is your house. We will be staying here on our next visit.

Amazing villa with awesome views of the sea and a wonderful pool.
Secluded and secure but not far from city and two local beaches.
Children had an amazing time in the pool and we loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset into the sea.
