„La Cascina“is part of a property with an ancient mansion, with an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, bench, deckchairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque for your dining al fresco. There is a completely fenced garden with very old trees, set in terraces, with a private pool, out of the earth (7x3m, depth: 1.20m) equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella and external bathroom with WC, basin, at the guests’ disposal.

Parking at about 100 meters from the house. Pets allowed on request with picture.

Entrance on the ground floor: living cum dining with kitchen range with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table, 1 couch, 1 single bed settee, fireplace.

Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed for children (small and short), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.

Country style furnishings with terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings.
