Casa Primavera is a recently renovated rural house, recommended for hikers, sports enthusiasts, and those seeking to escape urban centers.
The house has a floor area of 88 m2 and includes a double bedroom (1.30 m wide bed), a single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a dining table.
Outside, there is a garden with various flowers and a terrace with a barbecue and a spacious seating area, featuring a hammock for late afternoon relaxation and enjoyment of the fabulous, intensely colored autumn sunsets.
The house is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION The house is located in a rural area 450 m above sea level and 6 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes.
Approximately 400 m away, there is a supermarket, and 150 m away, there is a small restaurant and cafe.
Ponta do Sol is situated in the southwestern part of the island, which boasts the best climate conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometers away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and the Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
In the vicinity, various outdoor activities are possible, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other nautical activities.
The property has access to main roads.
NOTES The property has car access from the north and outdoor parking.
From the south, there is pedestrian access via a 95 m path from the main road.
Cleaning is performed before guests arrive, followed by a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
As it is a rural area, there is potential for noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighboring properties.
Insects may also be present in the surroundings and can be attracted by food scraps.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS 1.
Parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not allowed, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.
An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.
Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe, the code for which is created and sent on the day of arrival.
For in-person check-in, arrival time must be scheduled, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new appointment may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.
Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5.
Guests should inform us about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and for appropriate arrangements to be made.

It was a nice place with beautiful views . Near a gas station , a grocery store near a couple of restaurants.. Best of all my Mom’s house was down the hill from the Airbnb . We flew from Phoenix Az to see family there in Madeira . With a few suggestions it’s a good place to stay and would do so again …
