With a prime location in the center of Oura, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops, and only 500 meters from the beach, this house offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
The spacious open-plan living area features a comfortable seating area with sofas and a TV, perfect for leisure time.
The dining area is integrated into the same space, creating a cozy and bright atmosphere that invites sharing meals and good times.
On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms and one double en-suite bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, accompanied by a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities to prepare meals with ease and comfort, ideal for those who enjoy cooking at home during their holidays.
The exterior of the villa is a true invitation to relaxation, with a private pool surrounded by a charming patio, where you will find an outdoor dining area and a traditional BBQ, perfect for summer grilling.
Villa Dorado is located in a quiet residential area, just 150 meters from the famous Albufeira Strip, and very close to beautiful beaches, bars, and restaurants.
Oura Beach is the closest, and the historic center of Albufeira is only a 10-minute drive away, making this villa the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €300 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 10 guests.
From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
