This studio is located in the condominium, close to the historic centre. It is fully renovated and nicely decorated. Studio Guerreiro does not have access to the pool, so this flat is perfect for couples who like to spend time at the beach. It's very close to Albufeira's main beach, Praia dos Pescadores, about a 10-minute walk away.
Additional rules and information required
- Please note that if you are a guest under 25, or a group of parties, we ask that you give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week of check-out.
In the event of damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, find out how to do it in advance and refund the difference.
- Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, together with the check-in information, which will be given via my colleague in the Check-in/Check-out department.

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.
- We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in their group when they come to our properties. To do this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets and towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.
- We are Pet Friendly - you must inform us that you are bringing your pet in advance and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning charge (to be calculated based on the type of property).
- Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people in the house. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, upon request.
- We can arrange an airport transfer for you, upon prior request.
- For stays longer than 25 days - usually during the winter season - we ask for payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property)
- We do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning products or personal hygiene products.
