This 60 m² bungalow with sea view, less than 100 meters from the beach, is available to rent in the commune of Lumio. It can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 adults and 4 kids. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m².

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeps for kids)
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC

- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- A lovely 100 m² private garden
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby in the residence car park.

- The bungalow is semi-detached on one side only and not overlooked.
