This apartment is situated on the lower ground floor as it is the garden flat. There is a flight of steps down to access.

On the right of the entrance hall, is the kitchen. With sleek fittings, the space is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee press. There is also a breakfast bar with two seats.
UTILITY ROOM
Next to the kitchen, there is a utility cupboard with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
With stone floors and a large bookcase on the right-hand wall, this room has a classic feel. There is a corner sofa, armchair, glass coffee table and artwork on the walls, with a television within the bookcase opposite and a large mosaic mirror on the wall.
Between the living and dining areas, there is a fireplace. By the windows that look out to the garden, is the dining table, bench and surrounding chairs. The space is decorated with pictures and a mirror. A door leads out to the courtyard garden.

With a few steps up to the main area, this courtyard garden is spacious, with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as a bench. The space is surrounded by lanterns, plants and trees.

This bedroom includes a Queen Sized bed, with views out to the garden from the window. There is also a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a Jack-and-Jill style door, which connects this room to the main bathroom (which can also be accessed from the hallway).

The main bathroom has a relaxing feel and an elegant aesthetic. It comprises a large freestanding bath, in chrome and an overhead shower. There is also a basin, with mirror above and a WC.

This bedroom includes a Queen Sized bed, with a comfortable armchair on the left of the bed. The room also includes a wardrobe and a desk with chair in the window. White shutters adorn the window and artwork hangs on the walls.
