The "5ème Elément" chalet is located 5km from Les Rousses and Prémanon, at an altitude of 1250m, surrounded by nature.
Calm and serenity will be the watchwords of your stay.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190), each equipped with a large double wardrobe, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate WC. Upstairs, you can enjoy a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with a wood-burning stove (TV, DVD player, free Wifi), and a third bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190). The living room gives direct access to a large, ground-level terrace facing East and to a large balcony facing South and West.
You will have garden furniture, sun loungers, an electric barbecue, and a ski/bike storage room. Alpine ski slopes and hiking trails are accessible on foot from the cottage. Wood for the stove Electricity charges and the security deposit
