Located in the quiet hamlet of Vico, in the municipality of Verceia (Sondrio), Lombardy, this holiday home of about 60 m² is spread over two floors and offers a splendid view of the Novate Mezzola Lake Nature Reserve, a picturesque extension of Lake Como.
The property can accommodate up to three people: upstairs, you will find a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake and a bathroom with shower, while on the ground floor there is a living room with a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house also features Wi-Fi, TV, fan, baby cot and high chair. Outside, a private garden, two balconies and an open terrace allow you to enjoy spectacular views of the lake and mountains.
You can pick aromatic herbs grown on site and enjoy a natural and peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing, hiking, cycling, water sports or visiting the historic villages in the area.
Some gym equipment, games and books for children are also available. The house is accessible exclusively by car, with private parking for three vehicles.
In some sections, the road is slightly narrower but still passable with any car and leads to a unique panoramic position, just 5 minutes from the lake and the SS36.
The house is naturally cool and does not have air conditioning.
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
Extra services available on request include massages with a qualified operator and additional linen and towel changes, both for an extra fee. This is a strategic location to explore Valchiavenna, Valtellina, Lake Como and reach the venues of the 2026 Winter Olympics such as Livigno, Bormio and Milan.
