"Archi Vittorio" is located on the first floor with lift of a historic building in the centre of Rome. The flat has been completely renovated and consists of three bedrooms with double bed, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room with armchairs and dining area (max. 6 people - 105 sqm).
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, capsule coffee machine and everything you need for cooking and eating. Washing machine and there is a TV in the living room. All rooms are equipped with WiFi Internet, Air Conditioning/Heating.
The flat comes complete with linen and towels for all guests, changed weekly.
The flat is suitable for Smart Working use with fast internet connection
Tourist Tax is 6,00 euro per person per day (including children from 10 years old) and is to be paid on arrival (Excluding bookings from web portals where the Tourist Tax is already deducted).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euro from 21:00 to midnight and 50 euro after midnight). Please always provide your arrival time.
We offer tours and transfers (airport, train station and port).

Das dritte Schlafzimmer war nicht so schön, hatte dafür ein eigenes Bad direkt am Zimmer. Dennoch aber alles ok.

The apartment is in a great location and is as reflected in the pictures, and was bright and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, but the living space is a bit tight for 3 adults. Management was excellent and communicated very well. We enjoyed our stay,

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The apartment was in a great area, central to a lot of things but much more laid back than many other areas. We loved sitting on the window seat, drinking wine, and watching soccer kids across the street in the square.
