- Cleaning requirements: The flat must be left reasonably clean. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an extra cleaning fee imposed by Homing Place.

- Prohibited activities: Smoking indoors, organising parties/events and bringing pets are strictly prohibited.

- Quiet hours: Between 9pm and 8am, it is not permitted to make noise that violates the noise law, as provided for by law.

- Arrival time: Guests must arrange their time of entry to the flat in advance. Failure to confirm the arrival time may result in waiting for availability to check in.

- Late check-ins: Late check-ins are possible subject to availability and have associated costs
