Villa Laura is a modern and elegant 4-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located just a few minutes from Albufeira Marina and a 5-minute drive from Peneco and São Rafael beaches. With a private pool (heating optional as an extra), it's the perfect setting for a family holiday.


On the first floor, the house has a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room, as well as two bedrooms with twin beds (convertible into a double). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies ideal for outdoor breakfasts.


The lower floor has a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room. On the ground floor, the modern, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double) and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bright living-dining room with direct access to the pool.


Outdoors, a brick barbecue and patio invite you to enjoy al fresco dining by the private pool.


Villa Laura is just a few metres from Albufeira Marina, with cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Albufeira's Old Town and its beautiful beaches are a 20-minute walk away. With free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, this villa guarantees comfort and fun for an unforgettable holiday!


It is not necessary to hire a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


Heating the pool is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: €250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.


Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest (1 adult + 1 baby), an additional fee will be charged which includes an additional bed
