This beautiful villa is located in Montgó, close to the natural park Montgrí and has wonderful views to Cala Montgó. Tastefully designed the house has 3 floors. On the semi-basement floor there is a garage for 1 car, on the ground floor you will find the area to spend the whole day: spacious living-dining room with separate kitchen, both have exit to the terrace with the barbecue area (portable) and chillout, and a wonderful swimming pool with sea views. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (one with double bed and two with twin beds) and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower. Two of the bedrooms have sea views.


This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse, garage for 1 car and air conditioning throughout the house.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or holidays please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (400€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
