Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful garden and a large, heated private pool (additional cost), surrounded by a lounging area perfect for relaxing under the Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for pleasant summer dinners. Villa Kailua is situated on a quiet street, a short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added bonus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC warmer than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with a rental booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group Security Deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. We had a brilliant stay at Villa Kailua. The location is perfect because we could walk to Santa Eulália beach and the local shops without needing a car. The private pool is quite large and the kids spent the whole day in it. The traditional style of the house makes it feel very cozy and authentic.

A very welcoming home with a soul. The rooms are comfortable and the pool area is excellent for soaking up the Algarve sun. It’s a very short walk to the supermarket and some great cafes. Everything was functional and the check-in process was very smooth.

The garden and the outdoor dining area were our favorite spots. We had many barbecues by the pool and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the street. The house was very clean and having two bedrooms on each floor gave our group the perfect balance of privacy.
