The north/south-facing accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, stove, sofas, and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, Magimix... - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bedroom 3: one single bed - Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with bathtub and macerator toilet Outside: - A beautiful enclosed private garden of approximately 900 m², facing east/south/west, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day, with furniture (parasol, garden table, chairs, and deckchairs).
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron, and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Taulé, enjoying views of Morlaix Bay, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and markets, in Carantec, approximately 3 km away.
Activities: - Clouet beach, located about 3 km away - Tourist attractions: walks on Callot Island, which is accessible at low tide, the Château du Taureau, the Château de Kerjean, trips to the island of Batz from Roscoff, and more. - Sports activities: various water sports (sailing, diving, etc.), discover the pleasures of fishing, walk along the coast on the GR34 trail, tennis, golf, etc. - Cultural visits: Visit the charming galleries open in Carantec during the summer. - Gastronomic heritage: Carantec market every Thursday morning, oyster tasting at certain oyster farms in Morlaix Bay.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot on the property, which is secured by a gate and can accommodate 3 vehicles.
