The complex consists of several houses and a common swimming pool, located right at the foot of Mount Ruiu which frames it.
It is located a few steps from the historic center of the town, where there are most of the restaurants, bars and shops.
Also 200 meters from the delightful promenade of Golfo Aranci and the marina. The center is located in the parallel street and the first beach of Golfo Aranci is about 500 meters away on foot.
The wonderful Cala Moresca beach is a 15/20 min walking distance, a natural paradise which offers unique and enchanting views.

This is an apartment located on the first floor with a sea view. It consists of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one triple with a French bed of 1.40 plus a single bed, another bathroom with shower, living room with spacious kitchenette equipped with oven and dishwasher.
From the covered veranda, where there are a table and chairs for dining, you can see the entire gulf and the waterfront.
The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.
