This spacious 110 m² flat on the Paseo Marítimo de Huelin combines comfort, location and services to make the most of your holiday in Malaga. With capacity for 6 people in 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), it is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable and cosy stay. The accommodation features a spacious and bright living/dining room with a terrace where you can relax with partial sea views and feel the sea breeze while reading or having a cup of tea ☕️.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, among others) and a laundry room, perfect for preparing your meals with ease. In addition, the area offers multiple local businesses for shopping or enjoying the nearby gastronomy 🍽️.
You will enjoy two complete bathrooms, one en suite with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both spacious and functional. The flat has air conditioning, heating, free wifi and numbered private parking included in the rate, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout your stay 🚗📶.
The building's community offers a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views of the bay of Malaga, open from April to November, ideal for sunbathing or a refreshing swim. Currently, the pool will be closed until the 11th of April for maintenance, but its use is subject to the established 🏊♂️🌞.
