Our vacation apartment is located in the beautiful Münsterland, near the 100 castles route. Our area is particularly popular with hikers and cyclists, because the surrounding castles and bike paths are always worth a visit. Our cozy first floor non-smoking apartment with a size of approx.85 sqm is located only a few minutes walk from the village center in Ascheberg-Herbern (with Edeka, bakery, stationery store, post office, etc.). The apartment offers in the newly renovated bedroom two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room, enough space for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Microwave, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. In the kitchen there is a dining area for 4 people. The daylight bathroom has: Shower, bathtub, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate and also freshly renovated. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds ( 1.00 m x 2.00 m) and a large closet including TV. In the cozy renovated living room, which is equipped with satellite TV and is located next to the dining room, you will find a sofa bed on which, if necessary, the 3rd person can spend the night. The first floor apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities for a cozy time on beautiful summer evenings.

Conditions/extras
The apartment offers enough space for 3 people with two single beds (can be folded as a double bed) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. (A 4th person can additionally stay in the dining room.) Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi use is included. A TV is additionally located in the bedroom. The apartment was renovated in 2021! Baby crib on request, high chair on request Children up to the age of 2 stay free of charge, e-bikes on request (daily rate 15.00 EUR per e-bike). Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Arrival is on the day of arrival from 16 clock. At the end of the rental period, the tenant must leave the apartment until 10 am in a proper condition.
