Consisting of two separate twin villas with identical amenities, bedrooms as well as a private pool and garden, this 6-bedroom property is ideal for large groups of friends or families looking to spend a special and cosy holiday at Lake Como. Each villa offers a lovely pool overlooked by open-air dining with stunning Lake Como and the famous Abbey of Piona views. The villas are connected by a common canopy and enjoy a very desirable location with peace, refreshing greenery and delightful sunshine all around.

The two-level villas have induction air-conditioning and heating systems to enjoy a stay any time of the year. Each villa has a spacious, light-filled and modern living room with direct access to the pool area through glass doors. This room also has an L-shaped sofa, stylish cope lighting, a massive Smart-SAT TV and dining to comfortably seat everyone. The kitchens of the villa provide everything you would need for a carefree stay, including a convenient kitchen island with seating. At guests’ disposal is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

On the upper level of the villas, guests will find a balcony with alfresco lounging, perfect to spend leisurely moments or enjoy a couple of aperitifs with timeless Lake Como views.

For smaller groups, Villa Vento (5558) and Villa Breva (5559) can be rented separately.

There are 4 contemporary granite bathrooms, one on each floor of the villas, and they all feature a shower, WC and bidet.

Each swimming pool measures 3.80 m x 5.50 m; depth: 1.20.

Extra Charges

​A town tax is to be paid on the spot at € 1/Person/Day for the first 15 days, with the exemption for guests below the age of 16. If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot at € 1.3/mc.
A refundable security deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Location

The lake-view property is located in a peaceful residential area surrounded by a green landscape on all sides. There is a pizzeria about a 10-minute walk from here. However, for more restaurants and shops as well as for enjoying the equipped grass beach on Lake Como, it is best to visit the lakefront which is about a 5-minute drive from the rental.

Colico is dominated by Mount Legnone and is a world-class destination for its natural attractions, man-made forts and water sports. The weather and wind are best for enjoying kitesurfing, sailing and windsurfing. For the outdoorsy types, mountain biking, tennis, horse riding and golfing present a wonderful opportunity to stay fit and active. Another place of interest is Piona Abbey which is about a 15-minute drive from here. It offers one of the best panoramic views of Northern Lake Como that can be enjoyed in the peaceful atmosphere of the monastery. For visiting the Golden Triangle town like Bellagio and Menaggio, Varenna with convenient boat connections is 25-minutes by car. The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately 1 hour and 22 minutes from this holiday rental on Lake Como!
