Zio Coco is a marvellous flat, located on the first floor of a single villa, situated on the lakeshore in Loc. Porticcioli, 20 min on foot from Salò and 20 min from the port of Portese.
The space
The apartment, which can be accessed via a staircase, consists of: entrance into the living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony with direct lake view.
Both the kitchen and the living room have windows overlooking the lake and allow you to appreciate the wonderful view. From Zio Coco it is possible to see all the gulf of Salò, Gardone Riviera and the whole opposite side of the lake.
Access for guests
The wonderful single villa has a garden with access to the private beach, fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, shared with the owner who lives on the ground floor.

We also have private parking within the property, not covered.

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI.
Other things to bear in mind
The accommodation is available both in summer, as we have air conditioning, and in winter, as it has independent heating.
