Beautiful modern house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area only 1,5 km from the centre and the beach of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area with private swimming pool, a covered terrace where to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in front of the swimming pool with views to the mountain, toilet and barbecue. Parking area.
Interior area of 300m2 distributed in two independent floors. On the upper floor there is a large living room (satellite TV), open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom suite (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is another living room with TV, independent kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area and access to the outside area, 1 bedroom suite with double bed (150x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning and heating optional and with supplement: 150€/week.
Wifi optional 20 € / week.
Pets on request and with supplement.
Youth group bookings accepted only on request.
Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
