Charming house with a private pool and sea views, located in a very quiet residential area, just 4 km from the beautiful and tranquil Canyelles beach, 6 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most enchanting towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Exterior area of 600m2 with a garden and private pool (8 x 4m), terrace with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy outdoor meals, a built-in barbecue, and parking.
Interior area of 100 m2 with a living-dining room with satellite TV and Hi-Fi, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine), 2 double bedrooms (135x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), and 2 bathrooms.
Free WIFI connection.
Optional heating available for a supplement: €50/week.
Young groups are not accepted.

Reservations for individuals under 35 years of age are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost: €8/person for sheets and €8/person for towels. - Crib and high chair: €5/day/crib, €5/day/high chair. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline water.
You can rent sun umbrellas and loungers, as well as enjoy activities like pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.
You can also savor typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas at the beachside restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Conditions for groups: In the case of group bookings, a deposit of €150/person in cash must be paid to the agency.
This deposit will be refunded one week after departure via bank transfer.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as is making noise after 9:00 PM.
If any of these conditions are breached, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and check-out: Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

Die Villa hatte einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf Meer und einen schönen Pool mit Liegen zum entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, und sehr nette Gastgeber.Unsere Familie und unserem Hund hat der Urlaub in der Villa Crisantemo sehr gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei schönem Wetter. Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer."

We had a lovely family holiday, the views from this property are amazing. The pool is very clean and we had great fun using it. The BBQ was a welcome addition as well. We cooked on this most evenings. The only slight issue was the two single beds may need a new mattresses. Not very comfortable but easily sorted and wouldn’t stop us going back.
