- The building also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout.
- This unit has a king-size bed, and a full size sofa bed.
- This apartment is close to the building elevator. You may hear the elevator sound
- Laundry is available in the building - paid.
- Paid off-street garage parking nearby.
- This unit is subject to noise due to its location.
- Evonify has multiple apartments in the same building. While quality is the same this apartment may have a slightly different design/outline than what you see in the pictures.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
