A spectacular accommodation refurbished in 2021 on the beachfront, where magical sunrises and sunsets and unlimited wifi and high speed 300mbs await you.
Situated in the spectacular Playa de Mogán, in a very quiet residential building, with high quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with sea views, sun loungers and relaxation area.
The house renovated in 2021, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with sea views, 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area.
- Kitchen equipped with dining table and kitchen utensils.
- Living room with sofas and Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all European sport like Spanish League, Premier League...
- One bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and direct exit to the terrace.
- One bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan.
- One bathroom with shower.
- In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited wifi, speed 300mbs.
The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect, plus wonderful views of the beach.
Cot and highchair available. Please let us know when booking. Cot and highchair will be provided on request only.
This property is located within a residential area, therefore, any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly prohibited.
There is the possibility of renting a parking space during your stay in front of the accommodation. Cost not included in the booking. Approximate prices, 44€ one week, 55€ two weeks.
